Since 2005, Trey is a top-producing, entrepreneurial leader in urban and resort real estate development; he brings extensive experience representing high-profile luxury developments in domestic and international locations with top developers and world-renowned brands. Trey provides consulting services on development, sales/marketing strategy and launch roll-out for a variety of new-construction resort communities and luxury condominium towers.

Trey joined Moreland Properties in 2009 following a successful career in international luxury resort sales, marketing, and project development. With $150 million in sales in the past four years, Trey quickly became a valued member of the team. Trey’s experience in finance and accounting, as well as real estate, provides a valued perspective on operation management and sales, supporting all phases of strategy development, execution and transaction management. His multi-faceted expertise allows him to develop a rapport with all team members from contractors to C-level executives.

Contract-to-Close Coordinator

As the Contract-to-Close Coordinator, Cara serves as the liaison between all parties of a real estate transaction including real estate agents, clients, escrow companies and mortgage brokers. Her attention to detail and industry experience makes her a critical resource for each transaction. Cara’s extensive experience as both a real estate agent and paralegal make her ideally qualified to guide clients through each step toward closing. She joined Eric Moreland’s office in 2019 and has been providing smooth and exceptional service to clients through complex transitions. Cara enjoys wine, international travel and spending time with her rescue dog, Penny.

Listing Manager

Julie joined Eric’s team as Listing Manager in 2012 and has continued to hone her skills in real estate management for the most discerning clients. Julie’s passion for detail ensures that each listing is executed just right, bringing her expertise in client services to every transaction. She is dedicated to serving our clients’ needs throughout the listing process as well as assisting in the execution of marketing deliverables for maximum exposure. Julie is a licensed cosmetologist and follows style, fashion and design, bringing her aesthetic sense to our projects.

As an experienced attorney and business owner, Andrew has a unique skill set that gives his clients distinct advantages as they buy or sell real estate. He is an accomplished negotiator who also understands the financial importance of every real estate transaction. Andrew appreciates that his clients expect personalized counsel, and his attention to detail affords his clients a peace of mind knowing no element of their transaction will be overlooked. Andrew’s litigation background enables him to spot pitfalls involved in a transaction and advise his clients accordingly. Andrew joined Eric’s team in 2015 and has specialized in luxury real estate with a focus on central, lakeside and downtown properties. Andrew is known for his engaging personality and commitment to the highest level of service. His integrity and depth of knowledge are key to his success.

Andrew is a graduate of Texas Christian University and currently resides in Tarrytown.

Administrative Assistant

Jenna was born and raised in Austin. She joined the EMGroup after successfully orchestrating fundraising developments and events for St. Andrew’s Episcopal School. Working with stringent protocol and challenging hurdles, Jenna was able to fine-tune her adaptive abilities to problem-solve while providing concierge services to donors. The role helped seamlessly transition Jenna to Administrative Assistant for the EMGroup. Jenna supports all office staff and functions, from property photoshoots to scheduling to executing seller reports and newsletters. Outside of work, Jenna loves to cook and explore the Austin greenbelt with her mini goldendoodle, Hula.

A 4th-generation Texan, San Antonio native, and 26-year resident of Austin, Elsa is proud of her Central Texas roots. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Elsa’s skills as a seasoned networker, marketer, and assertive negotiator made her a natural in the real estate market. Through 20 rewarding years in the residential arena, Elsa has successfully served buyers, sellers, developers, builders, lessors and lessees.

Elsa’s professionalism and tenacity are greatly respected by her clients and colleagues as is her dedication to informed decision-making. She is a central-Austin expert and is tireless in her efforts to see her clients in the home of their dreams.

Outside of career, Elsa can be found spending her time in board service or fundraising to support philanthropic efforts in the community, outdoors experiencing the Hill Country, in active worship as a member of Gateway Church of Austin or playing proud mom to her Yorkie rescues and Quarab horse.

Technical Marketing Manager

Katy joined Eric’s team in 2011 as a nationally-awarded graphic designer. With over five years’ prior experience as a Creative Director, Katy brings innovative ideas, proven marketing techniques, and professional branding and design to each custom-tailored project. An expert in the latest real estate marketing strategies including database-building, targeting and reporting, Katy provides agency-level marketing expertise. Katy is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Texas State University with degrees in Mass Communications - Advertising, Graphic Design, and Photography. Katy is also a competitive water skier.

Director of Operations

Ella joined the EMGroup in 2016, first focusing on developmental sales. She is deeply knowledgeable about the downtown Austin market and off-market deals after various condo ventures. As the EMGroup has grown, Ella has moved to a new role, serving as Director of Operations. Ella works to optimize all elements of the business workflow to ensure that not only our goals are met, but that our clientele leave each transaction feeling highly satisfied. From monitoring day-to-day costs and evaluating team performance to ensuring the company runs with legality and conformity, Ella is an integral part of day-to-day operations of the EMGroup. After hours, Ella loves showing out-of-town friends around Austin and spending time with her family.

Realtor® Condo Development Agent

Corlee brings over eight years’ experience of business management and client services to the EMGroup. Since joining the group in 2016, Corlee has provided concierge-like customer service to her clients and is well versed in the high-end real estate market. Corlee is a graduate of Texas A&M where she earned degrees in Agriculture Business and Leadership Development. When Corlee isn’t working with clients, she loves spending time boating on the lake with her husband and their black labs.
